  2. Payment Options
    • A deposit required to confirm.
    • Accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or cash (USD/EUR/MAD) on arrival.
    • No hidden fees – all entrance costs included.
  3. Cancellations
    • Flexible: Free cancellation >72 hours before tour.
    • Late: 50% fee for 24-48 hours prior.
    • Last-Minute: 100% fee for <24 hours or no-shows.
  4. Changes & Refunds
    • Modify dates/times free with 72+ hours’ notice.
    • Refunds processed in 5-14 business days.
    • Weather cancellations: Full refund or reschedule.
  5. On the Day
    • Guides wait max 15 minutes at meeting point.
    • Late arrivals considered no-shows.
    • Moderate walking required – notify mobility needs in advance.
  6. Responsibility
    • We reserve right to alter routes for safety/events.
    • Guests respect sacred sites (covered shoulders/knees, no flash photos in synagogues).
